Overview

Harold “Hal” Mullis is a founding member of the firm and currently serves as its president. He also has served as a member of the firm’s three person management committee. Hal is a member of the Corporate Transactions Practice Group and his practice areas include general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversies, tax exempt and charitable organizations.
