Robert H. Buesing

Overview

Bob Buesing is a Senior Member and has been with the firm since 1977. He was also co-chair of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group for many years. His practice includes construction law and government contracting, arbitration, and eminent domain and condemnation. Bob is an advocate for the local community as well. He is involved in many organizations, particularly seeking to improve the lives of underprivileged youth.

• Numerous complex arbitrations for the American Arbitration Association as both arbitrator and advocate
• Florida Power Corp. vs. Black & Veach, three week trial resulting in a judgement for over $40 million
