Overview
Robby McDonald is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus in such areas as emerging technologies, including blockchain and cryptocurrency, and arts and entertainment.
During law school, Robby clerked for the general counsel of Raymond James Trust, as well as the Honorable Ronald Ficarotta, Chief Judge of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
