Shirell Mosby is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and sale transactions.
Prior to joining Trenam, Shirell gained experience at a financial services firm working in compliance, risk management, and Data Privacy & Protection.
