Shirin M. Vesely concentrates her practice in business litigation, personal injury law, wrongful death, nursing malpractice, legal malpractice, and employment litigation.  She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator.

Representative Matters

• Represents tax planning and investment services entity relating to violations of non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements
• Defended sports organization against damage claims based on alleged trade secret violations, breaches of fiduciary duty
• Represented an investment group with negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims against an attorney and manager
• Represented patients and residents in negligence claims against hospitals and nursing homes
• Represented seriously injured persons against product manufacturers, insurance companies, and other entities/persons.
• Defends a nursing home management company  in relation to contract disputes with other companies
• Represents a company in an action against a member of an affiliated entity relating to alleged ownership rights
• Represented a dietary and health supplement manufacturer against damage claims based on alleged violations of non-compete and trade secret violations
• Represents physicians’ groups against subpoenas and depositions that seek confidential and proprietary information
• Represents large real estate developer regarding various construction claims
• Represents a financial group against tortious interference claims by a prior employer of a sales representative
• Defended a law firm against legal malpractice claims
• Represented former clients of law firms in legal malpractice claims against law firms
