Overview
Timothy M. Hughes is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. A real estate practitioner for over 20 years, Tim’s practice encompasses all areas commercial real estate transactions, land development, zoning and land use, and commercial leasing. Tim also has significant experience serving as counsel to national home builders and developers in all phases of the acquisition, entitlement, development and sale of master planned and mixed-use residential communities throughout Florida. Additionally, Tim also has significant experience representing agribusinesses in agricultural law matters and currently serves as outside general counsel to one of Florida’s largest agricultural companies. Tim is known for immersing himself in the details of a transaction and taking highly-effective practical approaches toward solving legal issues resulting in value-added representation that helps achieve his clients’ objectives and maximize their investments.
