Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Practice Group Leaders, effective July 1, 2013.
Lara Roeske Fernandez will lead the firm’s Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights & Insolvency Practice Group. Lara is a Shareholder in the Tampa office and her practice is focused on major creditors, creditors’ committees, and bankruptcy trustee representation. She is a past President of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors.
Mike Reeves will become co-leader of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. Mike is a Shareholder in the Tampa office and his practice focuses on general business matters, capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity selection, employee benefits and tax planning. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County. Gary Teblum remains as co-leader of the group.
