July 13, 2017 – TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that shareholder Diana L. Hayes has been appointed co-practice group leader of the firm’s Business Transactions Group. Michael J. Reeves is co-practice group leader along with Hayes.
Hayes, who joined the firm in 2008, focuses her practice on corporate and business transaction services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, intellectual property and technology agreements, trademark and copyright protection, commercial contracts, and other general business legal matters. Hayes’ clients include private equity and venture capital investors, entrepreneurs and business owners, and various local and regional businesses.
Hayes is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay, class of 2017. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law where she graduated in the top 5% of her class. She received two B.S. degrees, with honors, from University of Florida.
