January 1, 2023 – TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Amy L Drushal has been appointed a Co-Leader for the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Practice Group Leader. In this role, she joins fellow practice group leaders Alicia H. Koepke and Eric S. Koenig. Additionally, C. Graham Carothers has been appointed a Co-Leader for the firm’s Real Estate & Lending Practice Group. He joins Nikole Garcia in this role. Robert G. Stern steps down as Co-Leader for this practice group and continues his role as a member of the firm’s Executive Board.
Amy Drushal is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. She is also chair of the firm’s mentoring and professional development programs. Amy is an experienced trial lawyer and handles cases for clients on a wide variety of complex business, real estate, and employment disputes, as well as in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
Graham Carothers is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending practice group. He focuses his practice on representing individuals and business entities on a national level in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of data centers, hospital and medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, retail bank branches, hotels, and agricultural lands.
