Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce attorneys Alicia H. Koepke and Kelly J. Ruoff received an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Koepke is a Shareholder at the firm. As an experienced trial lawyer, Koepke has handled cases for clients on a wide variety of complex business and employment matters. In addition to representing clients in lawsuits, arbitrations, mediations and agency investigations, Koepke advises clients regarding employment and corporate issues, including compliance issues, employee discipline and terminations, policies and procedures, contracts and corporate and fiduciary obligations. Koepke also serves as Co- Chair of the firm’s Hospitality Industry Team. Koepke received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S., cum laude, from of Central Florida. Ruoff is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Ruoff has handled cases in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, non-competes, breach of contract, landlord/tenant disputes, and banking law. Ruoff assists clients through the entire litigation process, also having experience with post-judgment creditors’ rights and appeals. Ruoff received a J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and received and M.B.A as a dual degree. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Drexel University. Ruoff is listed in Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star.
