Trenam Law’s Don B. Weinbren is serving as Vice President of The Group Inc.’s 2017 Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held on January 21-22 at the Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. Weinbren also serves as a Director of the organization.
The Group Inc. is a private organization which promotes the highest standards of professionalism, competency and camaraderie among attorney, actuary and accountant members in their representation of small and closely held businesses, health care providers and other professionals. Members, on a confidential basis, interchange on planning ideas, experiences, and knowledge by participation in annual and regional meetings and through the publication of newsletters and other member communications. Additionally, the organization educates legislators and government officials in matters relating to taxation, employee benefits and health care through the work of its members and its support of the Small Business Council of America.
Weinbren, a shareholder at Trenam Law, concentrates his practice in health care, corporate and business law, taxation, estate planning and insurance planning. His practice also includes managed care contracts, medical reimbursements, provider contracts, state and federal regulation of health care industries, including licensure and audit defense, business formation and entity Selection, buy-sell, employment, management and consulting agreements, business transactions and planning, including purchases, sales, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, partnership and LLC Taxation, general corporate representation, private placements, asset protection planning, estate planning, wills and trusts, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
