Lacevic, an attorney in Trenam’s Business Transactions Group, focuses her practice on a broad range of health care and transaction-based services. Lacevic represents entrepreneurs, physicians, physician groups, private equity groups and venture capital investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions and state and federal regulatory matters. Lacevic also represents various businesses with respect to entity selection and formation, corporate governance, partnership and shareholder agreements, employment matters, commercial contracting, and compensation and equity arrangements. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association and regularly counsels healthcare clients on state licensure issues, HIPAA, confidentiality and information sharing, risk management, fraud and abuse prevention, credentialing, and hospital staff privilege matters.
Lacevic received a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and B.A.’s from the University of South Florida. She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, is listed in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and Florida Super Lawyers. In 2016, Lacevic was named an “Up & Comer Under 30” by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and was recognized earlier this year as a 2018 University of South Florida Outstanding Young Alumnus.
