In a Business Observer article published on November 16, 2018, Marie Tomassi discussed Tampa’s economic forecast for 2019 amid fears that the economy is on the threshold of a slowdown after five years of recession recovery.
“I think there’s always some anxiety about when the other shoe is going to drop,” explained Tomassi. Though, she is “not hearing a lot of that” in and around the Tampa region at the moment due to the area’s significant growth.
