MATTHEW R. PAYNE JOINS TRENAM’S REAL ESTATE & LENDING GROUP
APRIL 12, 2022, TAMPA, FLA. – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Matthew R. Payne has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Lending Group. He is resident in the firm’s St. Petersburg office.
Mat focuses his practice on commercial lending, leasing, and purchase and sales transactions. He has represented landlords and real estate developers in prior matters.
Mat received a J.D. from University of Kentucky College of Law and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. He is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
