Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Michael J. Reeves has been elected Chair of the Executive Board. In this role, Reeves will lead the five-person Executive Board with the President and Managing Shareholder, Marie Tomassi. Reeves has been a member of the Executive Board for the past five years.

Reeves is a shareholder and co-leader of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice is focused on a broad range of transaction-based services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions and other general business legal matters in representing entrepreneurs, strategic entities, private equity groups, and venture capital investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He is list in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite, and Tampa Magazine’s Top Lawyers.
Reeves received an LL.M., with honors, from Northwestern University School of Law; J.D., from DePaul University College of Law; and B.B.A., from University of Kentucky.
