Attorney Patrick Poff has been certified by The Florida Bar in the area of Construction Law. Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida.
Patrick joined the firm in January 2000 and became a Shareholder in 2005. He practices general business litigation with an emphasis on construction, surety, fidelity, real property and products liability matters. Before joining the firm, Patrick served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina and a Trial Defense Counsel for the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (“JAG”) Corps.
