TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that shareholder Eric S. Koenig has been appointed co-practice group leader of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Prior to joining Trenam Law, Koenig served in the United States Marine Corps and is a former police officer.
Koenig, who joined the firm in 2005, is a Florida Bar board certified attorney in business litigation. He serves as a counselor and advisor to business owners and executives in resolving complex commercial litigation disputes. Koenig concentrates his practice in real estate litigation, construction litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, and employment law litigation.
Koenig received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and M.S. and B.S. from Radford University. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. Koenig is a board member of Voices for Children and a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay and Tampa Connection.
Koenig frequently competes in professional barbeque competitions under the name Habeas Porkus and is an accomplished brewmaster.
