Shareholder Nelson T. Castellano Received Vanguard Award by Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay
March 7, 2022 – TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that shareholder Nelson T. Castellano will be a recipient of the National Silver Award presented by Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay. The award will be presented at the Hall of Fame Awards Dinner on March 10, 2022 at Armature Works.
The event honors accomplished community and business leaders who have led by example, showing true leadership and embodying achievement in the community. The recipients have demonstrated the importance of establishing a legacy of leadership within Junior Achievement and have impacted and inspired the students they serve.
Castello, is a shareholder in the firms Business Transactions Group. He focuses primarily on corporate and business matters, providing general business advice to emerging growth and middle market companies, capital raising transactions, including private placements of debt and equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and business formation and entity selection. His practice also includes venture capital transactions, purchase and sale transactions, compensation and equity arrangements, and securities law.
