Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce shareholder Stephanie C. Lieb has been selected to serve on the American Board of Certification (ABC) Board of Directors. She is board certified in bankruptcy law by ABC.
ABC is a non-profit organization committed to providing progressive and responsible leadership in the field of legal specialization. ABC offers separate certification programs in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. ABC certification is designed to recognize lawyers who have met discrete, rigorous and objective certification standards. ABC is sponsored by American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Commercial Law League of America (CLLA). All ABC certification programs are accredited by American Bar Association (ABA).
Lieb is dedicated in solving problems for her clients in matters related to bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and real estate. Being detail-oriented and results-driven gives her the ability to focus on crafting practical solutions and develop strategies to accomplish her clients’ objectives effectively and efficiently. Throughout her career, Stephanie has represented a diverse array of clients, including purchasers, fiduciaries, landlords, and lenders, within bankruptcy court proceedings, as well as pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings, judgment enforcement proceedings, commercial foreclosures, and other commercial real estate matters.
Additionally, Lieb is a Florida Supreme Court Certifed Civil Mediator for bankruptcy contested matters and adversary proceedings, commercial foreclosures and replevin, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, as well as general real estate litigation.
Lieb received a J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University School of Law and a B.S. from Tulane University. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite, and Florida Super Lawyers.
