TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Stephanie C. Lieb was selected to the 2018 Class of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s “40 Under 40” Emerging Leaders in Insolvency.
ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. Chosen from more than 200 nominees, the ABI “40 Under 40” Class of 2018 identifies 40 emerging leaders in the insolvency profession from large and small firms across the country who represent diverse practice areas such as law, finance, consulting, academia, government and more.
“The 2018 ABI ‘40 Under 40’ Class is already advancing the bankruptcy profession forward,” said ABI Executive Director Samuel J. Gerdano. “Each of these remarkable young men and women are attaining achievements not just in their professional careers, but also as leaders in their communities.”
Lieb, a shareholder in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, represents businesses and financial institutions in matters related to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy law, and leverages her detail-oriented, results-driven focus to craft practical solutions and develop winning strategies for clients. In the decade she has practiced at Trenam, Stephanie has represented a diverse array of clients, including purchasers, fiduciaries, landlords, and lenders, both within bankruptcy court proceedings, as well as pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings, judgment enforcement proceedings, commercial foreclosures, and other commercial real estate matters.
Lieb received a J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University School of Law and undergraduate degree from Tulane University.
