Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Stephanie C. Lieb has been appointed to the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.
Established in 1996, the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves as the charitable entity working in conjunction with the Hillsborough County Bar Association. The mission of the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation is to support and promote projects and programs that encourage assistance to the poor, disabled, and disadvantaged in our community who are in need of legal assistance and access to the legal system.
Lieb is a shareholder in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights & Insolvency Group where she represents businesses and financial institutions. Prior to joining Trenam, Lieb served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen, and acting judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael G. Williamson, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
Lieb is a member of The Florida Bar Business Law Section, Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Tampa Bay Hispanic Bar Association and J. Clifford Cheatwood Inn of Court. She served as a Board of Trustees for the Academy of the Holy Names. She is a Fellow of The Florida Bar Leadership Academy Class of 2014-2015 and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges “Next Generation” Class of 2012.
Lieb is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She is listed in Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend Legal Elite.
Lieb received a J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Tulane University.
