The law firm of Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce that Chris Brown, Claudette Fornuto and Megan Murray have joined the firm.
Chris Brown is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He has experience providing legal services to non-profit organizations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and private corporations to include entertainment law matters concerning talent release and risk management, tax exemption status protection for the United Way, and developing legislation proposals for the Greenlining Institute. Before attending law school, Chris served as a military policeman in the United States Army. Chris received his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from University of Tampa. He is based in the Tampa office.
Claudette Fornuto is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Claudette worked in the private sector at New York Life Retirement Plan Services. Claudette received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S in Psychology from Wellesley College. She is based in the St. Petersburg office.
Megan Murray is an associate in the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights & Insolvency Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann, Chief Judge of the Middle District of Florida for two years. She served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Thad Collins of the Northern District of Iowa and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Jeff Bohm of the Southern District of Texas. Prior to law school, Megan worked in the private sector at Aegon USA Realty Advisors for six years in various roles from Real Estate Analyst to Acquisitions Officer. She received her J.D., with honors from The University of Iowa College of Law and a B.B.A., with a dual major in marketing and management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Megan is based in the Tampa office.
