Roxanne Fixsen is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on creditors’ rights matters and title issues. She is based in the St. Petersburg office.
Michael Igel is a member of the Business Transactions Group and concentrates his practice on the representation of hospitals, health systems, physician groups, home health agencies and other health care companies in a variety of regulatory, compliance and health care business matters. Michael also leads the firm’s Health Care Audit Defense Group. He is based in the St. Petersburg office.
Stephanie Smith Leuthauser is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group and focuses her practice on commercial disputes, including landlord/tenant litigation, and intellectual property litigation matters, namely copyright and trademark disputes. She is based in the Tampa office.
