Earlier in the year, Tampa Magazine mailed close to 11,000 surveys to Florida Bar attorneys in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. During the peer nomination process, attorneys were asked to vote for the best attorneys in their judgement in 87 separate practice areas. The votes were then tallied to compile the list.
