Bert McBride is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He represents individual business owners, companies and partnerships – both small and large, and commercial landlords in a variety of complex matters in both Federal and State courts. He combines legal acumen and proficiency with business insights and analytical skills to provide his clients with balanced, reasoned, and judicious recommendations and solutions both pre-trial and in trial matters. Bert received a J.D., cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a B.A., from Stanford University.
Dee Menzer is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Group. Her practice focuses on tax and business planning for entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. Dee consults on the establishment of business entities, including limited liability companies (LLCs), S corporations, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), family limited liability companies, and family limited partnerships. She also consults on and prepares shareholder agreements, operating agreements, non-qualified compensation plans, and other business agreements. Mathew Poling is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Group. He represents clients throughout the United States in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and use of all types of commercial real estate, including office, medical, retail, residential, agricultural, and vacant properties. Paul Rush is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Group. Paul routinely assists corporate banks and associations in structuring and negotiating complex financial transactions.
