April 4, 2017 – Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that shareholder Gary I. Teblum was honored by The Tampa Jewish Federation with the Cardozo Society of Tampa Bay Leadership Award at an event on April 4, 2017. The event was held at the Bank of Tampa in St. Petersburg.
The Cardozo Society is an honorary society for Jewish attorneys in the Tampa Bay area that aims to celebrate the legal profession’s commitment to the principles of the Jewish Federations. The Society sponsors programs that integrate Jewish and legal concerns and provide educational, leadership, social and networking opportunities for attorneys.
Teblum’s involvement in Jewish community organizations has included, among other roles, over 35 years of service in various leadership positions to Congregation Kol Ami in Tampa (including as a past President) and as Vice President-Legal of the Tampa Orlando Pinellas Jewish Foundation from 2009 to 2015.
Teblum is co-leader of the Trenam’s Business Transactions Group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, limited liability company law, commercial law, executive compensation, asset-based lending, corporate, partnership and LLC taxation. Teblum is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Bar Association and The Florida Bar Association, Business Law Section where is a Past Chair of the Corporations, Securities and Financial Services Committee.
