Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce that Geoff Young has joined the firm as Senior Counsel. Geoff has extensive experience in foreclosures, receiverships, loan redocumentation, loan sales, structuring and documenting loan workouts, resolution of bank operation issues, insurance defense, and defense and prosecution of lender liability cases. Geoff also has experience in commercial and bank litigation. He represents investors in locating and acquiring portfolios and specific assets.
Geoff is based in the firm’s St. Petersburg office.
