Marie Tomassi was quoted in the October 4, 2022 “Mid-Market Trendspotter” column published by ALM’s Mid-Market Pro discussing strategies for mid-sized firms to develop flexibility for attorneys and the talent advantages from doing so.
Based on Tomassi’s recent Q&A profile for Law.com, the article noted the firm’s steps to ensure a more flexible workplace. For instance, Trenam implemented actual flexible scheduling policies and equipment, along with workarounds “so people can literally work from anywhere in the world and have connectivity,” Tomassi said. She added that these upgrades have helped the firm hire a wider talent pool, but also create “a more seamless client experience” that stems from an improvement in attorneys’ lives and work-life balance.
