Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce that Lansing (“Lanse”) C. Scriven has rejoined the firm as a Shareholder. He was with Trenam Kemker from 1988–2000 and was most recently a Partner at Quarles & Brady, LLP.
Lanse concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation, handling a diverse range of business disputes. The clients he has represented range from individual shareholders of closely-held corporations in “business divorces” to large financial institutions. Complementary to his litigation practice, Lanse also serves as a special prosecutor for the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission. Lanse is a former federal appellate law clerk, having worked for the Honorable Joseph W. Hatchett, former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of The Florida Bar Board of Governors.
Lanse received his J.D., with honors from Florida State University College of Law and a B.A. from Duke University.
He is based in the Tampa office.
