Florida’s low taxes and warm weather are major factors, drawing many wealthy people and their businesses to the state.
Knowing that firms across the country are aggressively recruiting top real estate legal talent, Stern noted the firm’s focus on retention and recruiting in the space. In fact, the firm has been effective in its recruiting efforts with the addition of four attorneys in the past 90 days to support client needs.
