Trenam Law is pleased to announce shareholder Marla D. Bohlander has been accepted into Class V of the Florida Fellows Institute.
The Florida Fellows Institute was created by Florida Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) to develop our profession’s future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field. Each candidate of the Florida Fellows Institute must be nominated by a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Candidates to be considered for acceptance must be members in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Bohlander is a Shareholder of the firm and member of the Private Client Services Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on estate, tax and wealth transfer planning, estate and trust administration, and pre-marital and post-marital planning matters. Bohlander also has experience in corporate and business matters, including entity selection and formation and business succession planning.
Bohlander received an LL.M. in Taxation and a J.D., cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a B.S., cum laude, from University of Florida. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized in Best Lawyers in America and Florida Super Lawyers.
