Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce that Gina Giacusa has joined the firm as an Associate and will practice in the Business Transactions Practice Group. Gina has experience assisting businesses with entity formation and maintenance, contract negotiations, licensing agreements, consulting agreements and various other general business transactions.
Before joining the firm, Gina was an associate at Lalchandani Simon PL. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Florida and her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.
