TRENAM LAW ELECTS THREE ATTORNEYS TO SHAREHOLDER
Bradley A. Muhs, Maggie Knaust, and Walter A. Trauner are Elected
September 16, 2022 – Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that three attorneys have been elected to shareholders. They are Bradley A. Muhs, Maggie Knaust, and Walter Trauner.

Muhs is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He represents individual business owners and businesses of all sizes, ranging from closely held corporations and LLCs to internationally recognized banking and insurance companies. Muhs’ practice involves assisting physicians and medical practice groups, resolving business disputes of all kinds, and litigating employment and landlord/tenant disputes, among other things. He is listed in Florida Super Lawyers. Muhs received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Central Florida.
Knaust is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in a wide variety of business, real estate, and healthcare disputes. Knaust enjoys getting to know her clients to fully understand what legal tools best serve their unique industry and business needs. With extensive exposure to highly regulated industries and representing businesses of all sizes, she understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to serving clients. Knaust is listed in Florida Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. She is active in community associations including St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Board of Governors; Embarc Collection Young Professional, Board Member; Girls, Inc., Board of Directors; and Leadership St. Pete, Current Chair. Knaust received a J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law; M.B.A., Stetson University, and B.S. from the University of Florida.
Trauner is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Practice Group. He represents individuals, business entities, real estate investors, and REITs in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of general and medical office properties, retail and shopping center properties, multifamily properties, senior housing properties, and vacant, undeveloped land. Additionally, Trauner regularly prepares and negotiates commercial leases for landlord and tenant clients of all sizes. He also has experience representing developers in the acquisition, subdivision, and development of single-family home subdivisions and multifamily properties. Trauner received a J.D., from Vanderbilt University Law School, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Florida.
