Michael B. Schwartz
Mike also joined the firm this month and will focus his practice on wealth planning and preservation, estate and tax planning, wills and trusts, and probate and trust administration. Mike was a trial lawyer at Banker Lopez Gessler, P.A. for two years. In 2015 he went on to University of Florida Levin College of Law to earn his LL.M. in taxation, which he completed in May 2016. Maja Lacevic
Maja joined the firm in February. Maja has experience representing a wide variety of participants in the health care industry, including insurers, physicians, and medical practices in a wide range of litigation and administrative proceedings. Her practice focuses on managed care contracts, medical reimbursements, provider contracts, state and federal regulation of health care industries, including licensure and audit defense, corporate compliance, risk management, business transactions and planning, including purchases, sales, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence in the healthcare industry. Zachary J. Chauhan
Zak joined the firm in February and will practice in the Real Estate and Lending Transactions group. Zak has experience representing owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition/disposition, development and financing of commercial real estate and has represented both landlords and tenants in various commercial leasing transactions.
