Adam Brouillet joined Trenam in 2008 and practices in the Commercial Litigation Group. As a litigator, Adam represents various types of businesses, financial services organizations, and individuals in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels.
Diana Hayes joined Trenam in 2008 and practices in the Business Transactions Group. Diana’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and business matters, private placements and securities law advice, intellectual property and technology, mergers and acquisitions, entity selection and formation, and commercial contracts.
Julia Lee joined Trenam in 2007 and practices in the Business Transactions Group. Her practice includes general business matters, business formation and entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising.
Rhys Leonard joined the firm in 2008 and practices in the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights & Insolvency Group. In addition to his bankruptcy experience, Rhys also focuses on government contracting and appellate matters.
