TRENAM LAW EXPANDS LITIGATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PRACTICE GROUP WITH THREE NEW ASSOCIATES
FEBRUARY 8, 2022, TAMPA, FLA. – Trenam Law announces the addition of three new associates to its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. They are Devin X. Dudley, Bret L. Freeman, and Micah R. Novey.
Devin X. Dudley
Dudley, is an associate resident in the firm’s St. Petersburg office and was previously an associate with Burr & Forman in their Jacksonville, FL office. He has worked on matters in the areas of medical products liability, non-disclosure and non-compete employment agreements, receivership, corporate dissolution, commercial property foreclose, trade secrets, and commercial contract disputes.
Dudley received his B.S. from Florida State University, and his J.D. from Stetson College of Law.
Bret L. Freeman
Freeman, is an associate resident in the firm’s Tampa office and was previously an associate with Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig. He concentrates his practice in first-party coverage. Bret manages the full litigation cycle including litigation strategies, case analysis and research, tactical management, and execution of the case strategy.
Freeman earned his B.A. from Miami University, M.S. from Nova Southeastern University, and J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Prior to practicing law, Freeman had a successful career as an HR professional, where he served as HR leader for several mid and large-sized organizations.
Micah R. Novey
Novey, is an associate resident in the firm’s Tampa office and was previously an associate with Wicker Smith. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and first-party property.
Novey received a B.A. from University of Florida and his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
