Trenam law is pleased to announce that Suzanne Eldridge Ward joined the firm and will practice in the Private Client Services Group.
Suzie practices in the areas of estate planning and trust administration. She also advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including entity selection and formation, business succession planning, and sale, merger and acquisition transactions. Additionally, she assists clients with the preparation, review and negotiation of business contracts, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and operating agreements.
Suzie received her LL.M. in taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013 and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2012.
Prior to joining Trenam in 2016, Suzie was with Macfarlane, Ferguson & McMullen. She is based in Trenam’s Tampa office.
